The ideal colostrum (first milk) Brix level is 20% and above.It measures the Brix value of colostrum, which has a correlation with the immunoglobulin (IgG) value contained in colostrum. If the Brix value of the colostrum is over 20%, you can safely assume it is high-quality colostrum.
