"Back-to-Basic Measurement Workshop" in Ho Chi Minh city on 24th,25th August

In this workshop, customer have change to leran how to use optimally the equipments: OscilloscopeFunction generatorDC power and LCR meter . Customers also be carefully guided to operate on the machine by foreign experts from GWInstek.

Workshop on 24th August

The workshop is co-organized by EMIN Vietnam and Good Will Instek (GW Instek). Good Will Instrument Co. Ltd. (GW Instek)  has been a prestige manufacturer of testing and measuring equipment in the world since 1975, offers a wide range of products and solutions that enable accurate, long-term and reliable testing in the hardest testing environments.

Toward the real experience, we chose the classroom layout, each three-person table has five instruments. Thus, you can have the opportunity to experience more real and better understand the information brought.

The participants of this one day technical seminar were engineers, managers, scientists, academicians or technocrats.etc.

Presenters were experts form GWInstek

Mr.Ooi Shin Chuan  (SC) GWInstek expert

Mr.Tan Sun Liang GWInstek expert

Technicians from EMIN Vietnam

Mr.Biển- EMIN Việt Nam

Mr.Bảo- EMIN Việt Nam

In Workshop, the guests practiced, with the dedicated guidance of foreign experts

That is not only the chance to study, improve knowledge, skills. The workshop is also a place to exchange work experience, meeting with foreign experts, engineers, technicians, researchers, managers from the fields of electricity, electronics, IT, telecommunications.etc.

Tea-break time for exchange between participants

Happy Lunch

Difference from previous seminars, in this Workshop, participants can directly experience equipment. Be able to ask and get directly answers for any difficults while using instruments.

Distinguishing Between DFT and WFT in Coating Thickness Measurement
09/07/y 14:40:30

Many projects encounter a situation where a freshly applied coating looks perfectly uniform and paint consumption matches the estimate, yet additional coating is required during inspection because the thickness is insufficient. This leads many to suspect measurement errors or equipment inaccuracy, whereas the actual cause is a confusion between WFT (Wet Film Thickness) and DFT (Dry Film Thickness)

Can a car paint thickness gauge detect if a vehicle has been in a collision?
08/07/y 16:56:01

Many used car buyers often spend a considerable amount of time examining the paintwork, the gaps between body panels, or the overall condition of the exterior. However, these signs can be skillfully masked following repairs; precise color matching and careful polishing can make the vehicle appear almost factory-original.

Is Ultrasonic Welding Waterproof? Find out with the experts!
07/07/y 10:35:50

Water resistance is a common requirement for a wide range of modern products, spanning industrial sensors, outdoor LED lights, medical devices, and water filter cartridges to electronic components and automotive parts. When exploring manufacturing technologies, many businesses often ask the same question: can ultrasonic welding truly create a watertight seal?

Why Is the Ultrasonic Weld Not Airtight? Causes and Solutions
07/07/y 09:47:07

A satisfactory ultrasonic weld must form a uniform bond across the entire contact surface. The presence of gaps, edge separation, or partial adhesion significantly compromises airtightness, watertightness, and mechanical strength. This is a common issue in the manufacturing of plastics, electronic components, packaging, and medical devices, particularly following a product changeover or an adjustment of welding parameters on the production line.
