Set of 2 heating plates 300 x 300 mm in special aluminum alloy, each equipped with n.4 / 0.8 kVA cartridge heater

Control panel with digital display, thermo regulators (temperature range 0 ÷ 300°C), for the independent thermoregulation of each plate

A cooling coil is inserted in each heating plate to connect to an air or water circuit supply

Cooling is necessary up to the solidification temperature of material before opening the mold

The heating plates are also equipped with a thermostat against overheating

The lower plate is lifted with an hydraulic piston, while the upper plate is fixed

HEAT / COOL PROGRAMMING

PLC with touch-screen display, it allows to set molding cycles defining the temperatures and the thermal cycle

Same display it is possible to control the main parameters, such as the elapsed time, the current set point, the time remaining until the end of the current cycle, etc.

Cooling speed is set in the test cycle and is modulated by the control PID independently in the two planes of the press (max 40 °C / min)

Pressure cycle with precision 2% of the applied force (max 240 kN), regulation 10 N oscillations during regulation < 1 kN
