Onset – Comprehensive Environmental Monitoring Solutions

Onset, founded in 1981 in Massachusetts, USA, is one of the pioneers in manufacturing data loggers and environmental monitoring solutions. The company is best known for its two main product lines: HOBO, designed for environmental, research, and industrial applications; and InTemp, focused on temperature monitoring in cold chain management.

In 2024, Onset officially became part of LI-COR Environmental. Along with this transition, the cloud platform HOBOlink was renamed LI-COR Cloud, providing remote data management and monitoring for RX stations and MX loggers. Meanwhile, HOBOconnect remains the primary mobile application for configuring and collecting data via Bluetooth, enabling flexible deployment from individual monitoring points to large-scale observation networks.
