2. A closed-loop water circulation and filtration system, combined with copper piping and a high-efficiency mechanical refrigeration unit, ensures stable cooling performance and reliable operation during continuous LV124 K-12 testing.

3. Realistic Temperature Shock Simulation with +150 °C Heating and 0–4 °C Cold Water Splash: the chamber supports heating the DUT from ambient temperature up to +150 °C before splash exposure. When cold water at 0–4 °C is applied for 3 seconds, the surface of the component experiences an immediate temperature drop. This rapid change creates a true thermal shock effect, helping to identify sealing weaknesses, material stress, and potential functional issues that cannot be detected by slow cooling or standard temperature cycling tests.

4. Centrifugal Fan Air Circulation for Stable Sample Temperature: A centrifugal air circulation fan ensures steady airflow inside the 1000-liter test chamber during heating and between splash cycles. The optimized airflow design helps maintain stable and even temperature conditions around the testing sample, reducing temperature fluctuations and improving test repeatability. This stable temperature cycling performance is especially important when testing multiple samples at the same time or running long-duration LV124 K-12 test programs.
