Workflow

1. Capacity grading (5V3A 8-channel capacity grading cabinet)

2. BMS tester (test BMS materials as required)

3. Internal resistance tester (test the internal resistance and voltage of the battery, and group and pair)

4. Welding power supply (use resistance welding machine to weld the battery in series and parallel)

5. Welding BMS (use electric soldering iron to correctly connect BMS to the battery pack)

6. Battery pack comprehensive performance test (test various performance of the battery pack)

7. Aging (30V10A20A charge and discharge aging test)
