Reflection Measurement System:
An objective lens is attached to the bottom of the autocollimator to capture the reflected image of the measurement surface, and the movement of the image caused by the rotation of the lens is analyzed to measure the eccentricity.
Measurable R:
Concave surface R = -3mm to -160mm (using f = 40mm lens or microscope 10X lens)
Convex surface R = +3mm to +160mm (using 10X lens, f = 200mm lens)
Transmission measurement system:
Parallel light is projected onto the lens under measurement, and the image shift caused by lens rotation on the focal plane is measured to calculate the amount of decentering.
Measurement range:
Lens focal length 3mm to 160mm (using f=40mm lens or microscope 10X lens)
Lens focal length 3mm to 160mm (using f=100mm lens or f=200mm lens)
Detection resolution:
Using a 10X microscope objective lens: 0.32 μm
Using a f=40 mm lens: 0.64 μm
Using a f=100 mm lens: 1.6 μm
Image processing and analysis software: Two software programs for reflection and transmission measurement are included as standard.
