1. Brief introduction

The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire wound into ribbon and spiral shape, which are respectively hung on the furnace side, furnace door, rear wall and the wire bricks placed on the trolley, and fixed with high-alumina porcelain nails, which is safe and simple.
2. Combustion system
Combustion system: Several burners are installed on both sides of the oil furnace, and the heat flow reciprocates in the furnace to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature. Automatic and semi-automatic types can be selected as required. The fuel-fired trolley furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace with a super energy-saving structure and an energy-saving effect of 65%. The trolley adopts anti-collision sealing brick, and the furnace door adopts hand wheel and spring-type automatic pressing mechanism, which automatically seals the trolley and furnace door. Mainly used for shell roasting, high chromium, high manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel and other quenching, annealing, aging and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.
