In 1986, Merged Toyo Kagaku Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd. in Tokyo and Osaka, and relaunched as ADVANTEC Toyo Kaisha, Ltd. with a nationwide network.

In 2019, Relocated Headquarters (Toyo Roshi, ADVANTEC Toyo) from Otowa, Bunkyo City to Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda City.
