AY series centrifugal oil pump can be used in petroleum refining, petrochemical and chemical industry and other mediums such as oil and liquefied petroleum gas that do not contain solid particles.

AY type oil pump has the following characteristics:

◇Enlarge the bearing body parts to improve the reliability.

◇AY oil pump hydraulic overflow part adopts the hydraulic model of high-efficiency and energy-saving pump, which is 5-8% more efficient than the old Y-type oil pump on average.

◇The structure, installation size and performance parameters of the AY oil pump are the same as those of the Y oil pump, which is convenient for the renovation of the old equipment.

◇ The parts of AY type oil pump have a high degree of generalization, and the common standard parts are shared by several series of products.

The material is selected and refined, the theme is mainly class II and III materials, and the bearing body and other parts are increased to cast steel and cast iron, which provides favorable conditions for cold areas, outdoor use and marine use. Bearings are air-cooled, fan-cooled, and water-cooled, which are selected according to different operating temperatures of the pump. Among them, fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
