Material
Chamber body: the entire chamber structure is made of imported reinforced fire-resistant PP plates with smooth and flat surface, and is aging resistant, corrosion proof, and easy to clean without leakage, avoiding the disadvantage of color fading with time of GRP.
Chamber cover: made of imported reinforced fire-resistant PP plates with observation window, to view status of specimens during test.
Salt solution barrel: imported reinforced fire-resistant PP plates with ultra-large size, preventing suspension due to water shortage.
High-pressure air pipe: High-quality rubber silicon pipes.
Saturated cylinder: made of high-quality stainless steel plates. Function of saturator is to increase the temperature of the compressed air and perform oil filtration.
All pipes in the test chamber are of thickened fluorine and silicone rubber tubes without aging and cracking within 15 years.
Cover: The chamber cover introduces the arch type, so that the condensate water shall not drop on test specimens but flow back to the chamber along the inclined wall.
Chamber Sealing: The chamber cover and the chamber structure introduces the water seal method to prevent leakage of salt fog
