EMIN is recruiting Import-Export staff to work in Hanoi

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Prepare, check and directly declare customs for the Company's Import/Export goods.

- Update information on the progress of shipments, handle issues arising during customs procedures.

- Classify goods and look up HS codes - Look up and update information, documents, circulars and decrees related to import/export policies of goods.

- Support and coordinate with the Sales department on import procedures, tax rates, HS codes.

- Support other tasks as required by the Head of Department.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

- Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Customs Declaration, priority is given to candidates with experience in import business.

- Have knowledge / experience in Logistics / understand import and export procedures. Quick, proactive, focused.

- English (good reading comprehension)
