The Form Talysurf® PGI Freeform (Phase Grating Interferometer) is a versatile, high resolution 3D Freeform profilometer for high precision measurement. It performs surface finish and form analysis for freeform optics.

Our productivity tool kit, offers a unique advantage for batch testing when measurement speed and throughput is a must. Easy set-up, test and analysis for single or multiple parts make this the perfect system for fast and accurate testing of optical components.

Enhanced capabilities and software architecture support high speed measurements of mobile device lenses, ophthalmic lenses, medical and fibre optics, high power LEDs and wafer lens arrays. Loading and programming one lens or a batch of hundreds is made easy and guarantees accurate results with automatic alignment, measurement and analysis.

The Form Talysurf® PGI Freeform enables extraction of individual part profiles from a continuous measurement of an array of parts. Measure dense lens arrays quickly and accurately, with intelligent profile extraction to ensure the correct clear aperture is always analysed.
