Application

The trolley type vacuum heat treatment furnace is a periodic operation electric resistance furnace, which is mainly used for heat treatment and heating of general small and medium-sized metal or alloy parts in nitrogen gas below 850 ℃. It has the advantages of uniform furnace temperature, simple structure, simple operation and low energy consumption.

4. Structure introduction

The structure of this series of electric heat treatment furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, furnace bottom plate, furnace door device and control system.

The heat treating furnace shell is welded into a box shell with section steel and steel plate, and the furnace is of brick structure. The gap between the furnace and the furnace shell is filled with high-temperature resistant fiber and diatomite bulk material for heat insulation and heat preservation.

The heating element is placed on both sides of the furnace with ocr25al5 resistance wire. The heating element is led out of the furnace body through the lead out rod and connected with the power supply.

Furnace cover: it is equipped with air extraction port (including manual valve), inflation valve (including manual valve), exhaust port (including manual valve), pressure indicator in the furnace and safety valve.

Vacuum furnace muffle tank: it is welded with stainless steel.The upper end surface is embedded with asbestos packing sealing ring, which is embedded with the furnace cover. Manual compression screws are installed along the circumference of the upper end face, which are used to connect the furnace cover and the tank into one to ensure the sealing in the tank.

Vacuum system: The heat treatment furnace and equipment adopts 2x series rotary vane mechanical vacuum pump, which is equipped with vacuum hose and quick connection. See the vacuum pump manual for the structure and operation requirements of the vacuum pump.

There is a thermocouple hole on the furnace top. When in use, the thermocouple is inserted into the furnace to control the working temperature of the furnace through the electric furnace control cabinet.
