James Heal TITAN25 Universal Testing Machine (25kN)

High capacity: Capacity – 25 kN. Titan 25 performs testing with load cells up to 25 kN to offer testing for an expanded selection of standards.

Dual column: This dual column, crosshead instrument enables testing on larger specimens, across a wide range of tests from tension to compression and more, including footwear. 

Compatibility: The large selection of tooling can be used interchangeably on Titan 5, Titan 10 and on Titan 25, using pin and post attachment for quick changes between tests.

Customised standards: Along with over 750 pre-loaded standards, TestWise allows the operator to customise and save their own standards.

Effortless control: The flexibility to enable the operator to control the instrument manually, by using either the hand-held controller, the foot pedal or the TestWise software.

Safety and simplicity

• Front hinged door and back guard for enhanced operator safety during high capacity tension and strength testing.

• Changing jaws is tool-free, keeping it simple and efficient to operate. When loading specimens for pneumatic grips, the jaws apply very light initial pressure, sufficient to grip specimens yet safe for operators.

Automatic parameters set-up: TestWise automatically sets the parameters of the selected test. Time to start the test is reduced, and as the parameters are pre-loaded, human error is eliminated.
