With an inlet pressure of up to 38.5 bar, the heat pump tester is a reliable solution for a wide range of applications in air conditioning maintenance, refrigeration technology, the automotive industry, industrial processes and environmental technology. The filter dryer is suitable for a wide range of refrigerants such as R134A, R22, R12, R410A, R404A, R502 etc.
Equipped with an integrated overload protection circuit breaker, our refrigeration unit with ¾ HP brush motor offers reliable protection against damage caused by excessive current flow. With a flow rate of up to 2.2 kg/min for liquid refrigerant, it ensures efficient and fast recovery. A precise pressure gauge enables accurate monitoring of the pressure. If the pressure reaches or exceeds 38.5 bar, recovery is automatically stopped to ensure the safety and integrity of the system. Our device is equipped with a filter drier that removes particles and impurities from the refrigerant and absorbs moisture to protect the refrigeration meter from corrosion and wear damage.
A clean refrigerant increases the service life and performance of the refrigeration system. The "purge"function activates the self-cleaning of the Freon refrigerant recovery unit, which safely channels the excess refrigerant into the recovery tank while reducing the risk of machine damage due to expansion. The refrigerant recovery unit is compact and lightweight (approx. 13 kg), yet extremely robust and durable. It is ideal for use in various refrigeration applications and is easy to transport and handle.
