Samyon CY-1 Oxygen Filling Device (4 MPa)

Purpose:

The instrument is specially designed to fill oxygen to oxygen bomb for XRY series Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter of us. It is delicate, beautiful and convenient to be operated. It can also be used for similar oxygen bomb.

Technical parameters

1. Oxygen filling pressure: not less than 4 MPa;

2. Endured pressure of oxygen filling pipe: not less than 4 MPa.

Usage:

1. connect the oxygen supply orifice to the reducing pressure valve of oxygen bottle or the oxygen recourse, keep them airproof.

2. supply the oxygen, adjust the reducing pressure valve, and keep the pressure of oxygen about 3.2 MPa.

3. put the oxygen bomb on the fund, and keep the inlet orifice center to the filling oxygen orifice.

4. force the handle down, and the pressure gauge will display the pressure value supplying to bomb.

5. keeping the pressing handle for 30 s, and let it free, finish the oxygen filling

Notice:

1. please change the sealing gasket after long time. Spares as list.

2. if there is any problem of the device, please let specialist to repair it. Thanks.

3. Keep the connectors and the orifice far away oils,  solvents and so on.

4. while the pressure in oxygen bottle is less 3.5 MPa, please change it.
