Medical Manufacturing

SYNEO draws on its standard machine platforms and robust technical resources and machine design history to provide standard and customized solutions to our customers. Whether it’s an isolated application or an integration and automation of multiple processes, SYNEO has the capabilities to bring enhanced efficiency, productivity and quality to catheter and guidewire manufacturing processes.

SYNEO’s cutting tool solutions target drilling and hole-punching applications for catheter and surgical device applications. Using a proprietary sharpening process, SYNEO offers cutting tools that provide an unparalleled level of cutting sharpness. SYNEO offers its cutting tool solutions on an a la cart basis or in conjunction with a manual or automated drilling application from its Machine division.

Electronics Manufacturing

SYNEO’s Pressfit solutions target advanced manual and automatic pressing needs for high-force and high-precision connector applications. SYNEO’s Pressfit machines bring enhanced levels of control and force measurement that improve efficiency and yields in the manufacturing and assembly of printed circuit boards. SYNEO’s Pressfit machine portfolio is configured for Factory 4.0 connectivity and brings an advanced software suite to the end user.
