The company was founded in 1988 with a total initial investment of 1,000,000 USD and the product line focuses on low cost testers with basic functions.

Although they built up a lot of design know-how in the first two years in that particular field, they decided to upgrade their product line to high-end digital testers.

To provide top quality products, SMT equipment and fully automated assembly lines were quickly adopted in the company. With determination and effort, the focus of our product line has gradually shifted to top quality digital testers.

Due to the growing number of personal computers, TES has implemented data logging and computer link capabilities on a number of high-end products. And the company also started to provide medical instruments and environmental monitoring. Now TES has become a corporation with more than 100 employees and an annual turnover of 10,000,000 USD.
