PM2.5 WINs Impactor Dust Separation Head and PM10 Omni-directional Dust Separation Head, designed according to U.S. EPA standards.

Digital Display Flow Meter Unit (LPM): Displays flow rates for both channels with a resolution of 0.01 LPM under actual operating conditions.

Operating Flow Value: Maintained at 16.67 LPM with an accuracy of ±2% throughout the sampling cycle.

Time Control Unit: Automatic Start (START) and Stop (STOP) functions; displays date, month, and sampling time.

Temperature Sensors: Measures ambient temperature and the temperature of two filters for PM2.5 and PM10; Range from -5°C to 50°C with a resolution of 0.1°C.

Pressure Sensor: Pressure measurement range from 600 to 800 mmHg; resolution: 1 mmHg.

Leakage Test Function: Checks for leakage inside and outside to ensure accurate sampling.

AC Diaphragm Vacuum Pump: Provides accurate and low-noise operation.

Power Supply: 230 VAC ± 10%, 50 Hz.

Digital Processor Control Functions:

Sampling Flow: Displayed digitally with units in LPM for both channels, 0.01 LPM resolution under actual operating conditions.

Maintained flow at 16.67 LPM (1 m3/hr) ± 5%. Accuracy ± 2% of the reading value during sampling.

Total Volume: Calculated from the flow rate and displayed on the screen with a resolution of 0.01 m3.

Data Logging: Records average data every 5 minutes for ambient temperature, filter temperature, atmospheric pressure, real-time flow rate, and total flow volume.

20x4 LCD screen; can switch between real-time display of channel 1 or channel 2 parameters.

Displayed Values: Flow rate 16.67 LPM, Atmospheric Pressure, Filter Temperature, Ambient Temperature, Volume Flow.

Data Output: USB or RS232 port (additional option).
