Application:

The Apparatus is used to determine the resisting shear strength of the soil specimen with maximum confining pressure of 2.0MPa and specimen dimension is of Ø61.8 x 125mm, Ø101 x 220mm. The apparatus can perform unconsolidated-undrained shear test (UU), consolidated-undrained shear test (CU), and consolidated-drained (CD) shear test. It consists of frame, test control device, pressure chamber and specimen tools etc.
