Series DMTFB wall-mount Clamp-on Transit Time Ultrasonic Flow Meters

Features

1. Due to the non-invasive nature of the clamp-on technology, there is no pressure drop, no moving parts, no leakage, no risk of contamination and corrosion.

2. Measurement is independent of fluid conductivity with wider applications than magnetic meters.

3. Non-invasive, NEMA 4X (IP65) clamp-on transducer is easy to install and cost efficient. Since the transducers do not contact with the liquid, fouling and maintenance are eliminated.

4. Parallel operation of positive, negative and net flow totalizers with multiplier, while the output of totalizer pulse or flow rate frequency output are transmitted via open collector terminal.

5. Standard type and Explosion-Proof ATEX(ExdIIBT6; LCIE 09 ATEX 3008) type are available, with wide operating temperature range : -40â„ƒ~250â„ƒ.

6. Wide range of pipe sizes from DN15 to 4500.

7. Clamp-on transducers require no pipe cutting or processing interrupted.

8. Wide bi-directional flow range of -40 to 40 ft/s (-12 to 12 m/s).

Note: K mode transducers utilize the Round-Clamp method, and the transducers transmitting and receiving sides are connected with the pipe surface thoroughly to acquire enough coupling area, better reliability, stability, etc.
