PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The HZJC series breakdown voltage test instrument is mainly used for the breakdown voltage and electric strength testing of insulating materials such as electrical insulating paper, film, flexible composites, resin adhesive, rubber, plastics and boards.

The main control unit combines a Siemens PLC with a 10-inch Kinco touch screen. It displays the real-time voltage and current curves and monitors the whole process — closing, zero position, voltage rise and voltage drop — with a clear and intuitive interface that makes the instrument simple and convenient to operate. A dedicated digital filtering technique effectively avoids the deviation of the test data caused by the strong discharge interference at the instant of breakdown, so that the test results are accurate and reliable. The protective door interlock circuit is supplied at the 24 V safety voltage, making operation safe and stable. During the withstand test the instrument provides automatic voltage stabilisation against mains voltage fluctuation, and the ramp rate can be adjusted steplessly within 0.001 ~ 10.00 kV/s. Its main performance is comparable with high-end imported brands, with better cost performance and better after-sales support.
