This static eliminator sends the generated ions over a certain distance by using a built-in fan, eliminating static from distantly positioned charged objects. The lineup includes the BLL series – with separate high-voltage power supplies featuring a high-power fan and high-power static elimination – and BLT series units with built-in high-voltage power supply.
These fan type static eliminators are for connecting with separate high-voltage power supplies. With their high-power fan and high-power static elimination, they are best suited for fast-moving, high-voltage charged objects and distantly positioned objects. They have in fact been used for winders in the production process of wide plastic films such as BOPP and BOPET.
