The microwave oven door endurance tester is designed to meet the test requirements of IEC60335-2-25:2020 clause 18, the door system of the microwave oven, including hinges, microwave seals and other associated parts shall be constructed to withstand wear that may be expected in normal use. This equipment is controlled by PLC and touch screen, the test angle and speed can be preset; equipped with stainless steel manipulator and vacuum suction cup can realistic simulation of human hands opening and closing doors of microwave ovens and similar equipment.
The test rig is composed of high-grade aluminum alloy profiles, and the manipulator is installed on the pillar of the test rig, it has strong versatility and can meet the durability test of equipment doors of different sizes with left-opening doors and top-opening doors. The socket-outlet for sample has the function of detection, which can judge whether the sample is energized or not; if not, the equipment will automatically stop, and the counter will record the number of tests and alarm
