Product Overview
The DPB6150 and SDP6150 Series high voltage differential probes feature a maximum bandwidth of 400 MHz and can measure voltages up to 1500 Vpk. With excellent common-mode noise rejection, high input impedance, and low input capacitance, they enable precise measurement of differential voltage signals and floating signals.
