On the evening of January 10th, all EMIN Group employees, along with guests and partners, gathered at CTM Palace Nguyen Phong Sac. The event space was designed to be both formal and intimate, allowing members to reflect on the past year from various perspectives.
The program kicked off with a light warm-up, followed by an introduction to the EMIN Next Level Cosplay Competition. The competing teams then appeared, representing various departments and branches, each bringing their own unique style but sharing a common spirit of creativity and teamwork.

EMIN Next Level - "Transform to Break Through" becomes the hallmark of internal creativity.
The cosplay competition became the highlight of the evening. Ten elaborately staged performances explored a diverse range of themes, from fairy tales and myths to modern concepts. Sleeping Beauty, The Adventures of Sinbad, Queen of Egypt, Son Tinh Thuy Tinh, The Zodiac, Squid Game, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tam Cam, Aladdin, and The Conjuring were recreated with fresh approaches, demonstrating serious investment in both content and form.




















Alongside the competition rounds were cultural exchange performances from Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia. The participation of these international teams added depth to EMIN's cultural landscape, clearly reflecting the spirit of integration and connection that the company is gradually building.



The judging panel highly appreciated the professional quality, teamwork spirit, and unique personalities of each team. The judging process was thorough, with each performance leaving its own distinct mark. The final results were announced, with a total prize value of 200 million VND, a well-deserved recognition of the creative efforts throughout the preparation process.

On the morning of January 11th, EMIN Group's teambuilding program took place at Me Tri football field in Hanoi. This activity followed the Year End Party, maintaining the emotional connection and team spirit of the entire system.









The game series was designed to emphasize coordination, strategic thinking, and endurance. Each challenge placed teams in situations requiring mutual support, clearly demonstrating the importance of teamwork. The total prize money of 240 million VND, sponsored by the Board of Directors, contributed to motivating and encouraging active participation from all employees.
