About PACE
Official Website: http://www.paceworldwide.com
Since the early days of the electronics industry, PACE has demonstrated its technical expertise and pioneering innovation.
In 1958, PACE introduced a training program for electronic component soldering and repair. Shortly afterward, the company revolutionized the industry by developing the first enclosed-loop desoldering system for through-hole components.
Today, PACE continues to deliver innovative solutions, products, and training programs for electronic assembly, component inspection, and rework. The company provides global solutions for electronic assembly and rework applications across a wide range of electronic equipment and industries.
In addition, PACE manufactures fume extraction systems designed to reduce exposure to harmful particles and gases generated during manual soldering operations. These efficient fume extraction systems remove airborne contaminants from workers' breathing zones, thereby reducing or eliminating potential health risks.
PACE's strong commitment and long-standing achievements have earned worldwide recognition. Its soldering equipment and fume extraction solutions are ISO 9000 certified and serve a broad range of applications across industrial, military, and specialized engineering sectors.
Whatever challenges your operations may present, PACE is ready to set a new standard for you.

Intelligent Temperature Control Technology (IntelliHeat)
One of the key advantages of PACE soldering stations is its IntelliHeat microprocessor technology, which automatically identifies the type of soldering handpiece and optimizes the thermal energy profile based on actual contact conditions.
The PACE ST 50 Soldering Station features an instantaneous thermal response when the tool comes into contact with large solder joints on multilayer PCBs. This technology maintains a stable temperature at the preset level without overheating, minimizing the risk of PCB pad lifting, circuit damage, or failure of sensitive semiconductor components.
High-Pressure Vacuum Desoldering Technology (SensaTemp)
For through-hole device (THD) repair and replacement, PACE has developed an integrated vacuum desoldering mechanism featuring SensaTemp sensor technology, enabling efficient cleaning of plated-through holes in a single operation.
A representative product is the PACE ST 75E Desoldering Station, which combines a powerful built-in vacuum pump with an anti-clogging desoldering handpiece. This technology ensures consistent heat transfer and efficient removal of residual solder, allowing technicians to quickly rework component leads without damaging surrounding PCB traces.
Versatile Multi-Tool Rework Solutions
For service centers and R&D laboratories that need to handle both surface-mount devices (SMD) and through-hole components at the same workstation, PACE offers integrated systems with multiple independent control channels.
The PACE MBT 350 Multi-Function Soldering Station supports the simultaneous operation of up to three tools, including a soldering handpiece, a desoldering handpiece, and thermal tweezers for SMD component removal.
Independent channel control allows engineers to switch flexibly between different rework operations without waiting for tools to cool down or changing handpiece tips, improving workflow efficiency and reducing downtime.
ESD-Safe Protection and Solder Fume Management
PACE equipment complies with stringent ESD-Safe requirements. Its reinforced metal housing provides a reliable path for safely dissipating leakage currents to the grounding system, helping protect sensitive electronic components against electrostatic discharge.
In addition, PACE soldering stations can work effectively with dedicated solder fume extraction and filtration systems to capture harmful fumes directly at the soldering point.
Multi-stage filtration technology, incorporating pre-filters, HEPA filters, and activated carbon filters, can remove up to 99.97% of fine particles and harmful gases generated during soldering, including emissions from flux materials. This helps protect operators' health while maintaining a clean and safe working environment in electronics manufacturing facilities.
